Carers aim to be responsible employers. Due to the nature of our work, we feel
it important to make checks on our whole staff team. For this reason, we make
enquiries from the Criminal Records Bureau who have information on all criminal
convictions and identity.
We
recognize that there may be team members who have convictions, but this does not
